How to use CBD oil
Our oil is CNCP registered and compliant and entirely legal.
We USED TO RECOMMEND THIS WAY TO TAKE CBD before we had to register it as a cosmetic, it is best to administer it by placing it under the tongue using the dropper.
This is an effective method because CBD is usually most versatile and efficient when it’s directly absorbed into the bloodstream.
We also recommend to take it in coffee in the morning, or even just swallow the dose if experiencing any discomfort in gut.

FAQ
CBD is the term used for cannabidiol, a naturally occurring chemical compound (also known as a cannabinoid) found in cannabis plants. Many cannabinoids are found in these plants, such as THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), CBG (cannabigerol), and CBN (cannabinol). However, CBD has become particularly popular for its use in various natural supplements.
While CBD is a product of these plants, you’ll usually find it extracted from hemp plants and used in products such as oils, topicals, edibles, and more.
We categorically do not make any medical claims here – however, there is a lot of peer reviewed information out there relating to the use of CBD.
Progress in this area as resulted in the changes in the use of hemp based products, the growth of an associated economy and changes in legislation to facilitate the growth of a wholesale hemp market.
There is no established lethal dose of CBD, and chronic use/high doses of up to 1500 mg per day (30x MORE than the COR Serving Standard!) have been repeatedly shown to be well tolerated by humans.
The most important things to do before taking CBD (or any other herbal product) are research any possible drug interactions and talk with your physician to address any additional questions regarding CBD drug interactions or overdose concerns. You and your doctor together will always know best!
Yes, there are specific CBD products intended for animals, so it’s best not to give your pets CBD products designed for human consumption – just as is the case for any supplement. These may be harder for them to consume or ingest, and they may also need a lower dose.
There’s a lot of confusion when it comes to CBD and marijuana, especially as the two are closely related. CBD is one of over a hundred cannabinoids that can be found in cannabis plants, including marijuana plants. However, whereas marijuana is mostly known for its psychoactive effects, CBD produces none of these.
It’s the THC in marijuana that makes users high when they consume the plant. CBD, on the other hand, is non-psychoactive and does not make users high. While many marijuana strains contain CBD, CBD products are usually extracted from hemp plants which contain high levels of CBD with low levels of THC. Legal, hemp-based products contain less than 0.3% THC (EU ruling), meaning they won’t give you any of the effects you’d generally expect from marijuana.
CBD is as safe for children as it is for adults. Children will probably need lower doses than adults due to their lower body weight, as far as we know there are no risks attached.
Just as with any kind of supplement, users may worry about the potential drawbacks and side effects of CBD. However, unlike substances such as THC, CBD is very safe to use with no risk at all of harm to your health. Studies have found that the vast majority of humans can use CBD without any side effects, although some very minor side effects are occasionally reported, such as diarrhoea and changes in appetite.
In our oils the following breakdowns should help
1000mgs x10ml 10% – 5mg per drop so a smaller dose 5mg x 1 drops, a perfect mid range 10mg x 2 drops and high dose 20mg or x4 drops.
1500mgs x 30ml 5% – 1 drop is about 2.5mg per drop 2 drops 5mg and so on.
When administering the oral cosmetic drops below your tongue, you need to keep them there for 60 to 90 seconds.
Dosages
Many people ask what is the perfect CBD Oil Dosage?
It’s a common question, yet it’s somehow difficult to answer. The fact that people use CBD to help with different kinds of disorders means that there’s not a uniform dosage that everyone should follow.
Furthermore, factors like weight, sex, and age must also be considered, especially if you’re taking other medications too.
Besides the various factors mentioned, each person has their own unique experience with CBD oil. To find the ideal CBD Oil Dosage might require a bit of experimenting and tweaking.
With that in mind, the range of the most common CBD Oil Dosage that people take is somewhat consistent.
There’s not a single case of someone who has overdosed with CBD oil.
Generally, you should start small with your CBD oil dosage and you can slowly move up from there.

Most of the frequent users of the CBD may find that a dose from 10mg to 20mg taken 1-2 times daily should be enough to provide you with an efficient effect of the Cannabinoids and Cannabidiol.
For help with more severe conditions like depression and anxiety, up to Eu approved daily limit of 70mg a day can be taken.
Yet a lot of people out there take a different direction and take CBD in as little as 1mg to 3mg per day.
Most people simply take one dose in the morning and another dose 12 hours later.
In any case, we recommend that you start with a small CBD Oil Dosage.
Many people who take CBD to help with depression or anxiety, tend to start with an initial dose of only 5mg.
If you’re using CBD to help with chronic or acute pain, a dose of 10 mg may be enough to get you started. This should be an appropriate dosage that will allow you to gauge systemically where you should go from there.
If, for instance, you’re taking 5mg of CBD oil in the morning and yet you notice little to no effects, you can increase the dosage to around 8mg to 10mg in the afternoon or evening and see where this will take you.
Our advice is to start out with a relatively small dosage of CBD oil. Find out how you personally react to the Cannabidiol, from here you can gradually build up the dose.

You must also keep an eye on how long the effects of the CBD will actually last. Some people find that taking a single dose daily might be more than enough to provide them with relief.
Thus, they no longer need to take another dose in the evening or afternoon.
When using CBD oil to help with pain, many people look for a “sweet spot” somewhere between 10mg to 20mg, taken 1-2 times a day or perhaps, up to three times a day when the pain is extremely severe.
Pain
With that said, a lot of people have taken several doses of CBD oil in excess of the 30mg dose per day and yet they didn’t notice any adverse side effects.
As mentioned, it’s merely a matter of listening to what your body needs and exercising due caution.
First, you have to determine how your body reacts to the CBD. From here you can implement a systematic dosing pattern.
By doing so you will be able to determine what the best CBD Oil dosage is that will work for you personally.
Pretty much everybody has their own personal CBD oil dosage protocol.
